Another Russian Cabinet member diagnosed with COVID-19

Russia’s Construction Minister, Vladimir Yakushev, has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, TASS reports, citing a statement from the ministry.
This is the second member of the Russian Cabinet to be diagnosed with COVID-19; Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin confirmed his coronavirus diagnosis yesterday.
Yakushev's deputy, Dmitry Volkov, has also been diagnosed with the disease, TASS reports.
On Telegram, RBC reports that Yakushev has been hospitalized.
