The composer Mikhail Orlov faces felony charges for threatening his neighbors, after remodeling noise repeatedly interrupted his work at his home studio. Orlov is accused of making a false report about a terrorist attack because he called his neighbors in a fit of rage and screamed, “I’ll blow you all to hell!”

Police apparently hadn’t responded to his complaints about the noise, but they showed up at his door after the phone call and booked him. Orlov faces a possible fine or up to three years of probation.
