A former Duma deputy announces the creation of a new political party with Ksenia Sobchak

On Thursday, former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov announced the creation of a new political party with Ksenia Sobchak, who’s running for president in this Sunday’s election.
Gudkov says the new organization’s tentative name is “The Party of Changes,” and it will be created by reforming the existing “Civil Initiative,” which nominated Sobchak for the 2018 presidential race.
