Russian police add four Ukrainian citizens to wanted list on charges of attacking diplomatic offices in Kiev and Lviv

Russian investigators have added four Ukrainian citizens to an international wanted list, suspecting them of attacking Russian diplomatic institutions in 2014 and 2016. All four individuals have been arrested in absentia.

One of the suspects is Volodymyr Parasyuk, a sitting member of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada. Ukrainian police are conducting their own investigation into the June 2014 attack on Russia’s embassy in Kiev and the March 2016 attack on Russia's consulate in Lviv.
