Missile strikes Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Crimea Video

On September 22, the Russian Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Russian-occupied Crimea was hit with a missile. The roof and the upper floor of the building were destroyed. Ten ambulances came to the headquarters. Casualties have been reported. The Russian Defense Ministry announced that at least one person was missing. Sevastopol residents were urged to refrain from traveling to the city center.
