Russia and Ukraine swap 103 prisoners of war each
Russia’s Defense Ministry said it carried out a prisoner exchange with Ukrainian authorities in which each side handed over 103 people.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the exchange.
The previous prisoner exchange took place on June 26, when each side handed over 160 people.
In July and August, Moscow and Kyiv exchanged the bodies of fallen soldiers.
