Citing a source in Ukrainian secret services, Ukrainska Pravda writes that the country’s Navy and Defense Intelligence conducted a “unique special operation” near the Crimean city of Yevpatoria. Using drones and Neptune cruise missiles, they destroyed a Russian missile system Triumf in the area.

Russia’s Ministry of Defense reports that air defense systems in the annexed Crimea intercepted 11 Ukrainian combat drones on the night of September 14. The agency once again described the attack as an act of terrorism, reporting that it took place around 5:30 a.m. local time.

In Yevpatoria, locals heard the sounds of explosions in the night. Remnants of at least one UAV crashed in the residents’ yards.
