Russian court sentences two men to 3.5 years in penal colony in Daria Dugina murder case

A court in Russia’s Tula region has sentenced two defendants, Alexander Suchkov and Andrey Kuznetsov, in the murder of Daria Dugina, a pro-war pundit and the daughter of Eurasianist philosopher Alexander Dugin, TASS reported.

The two were found guilty of falsifying a vehicle registration certificate that was used by Natalya Vovk, the alleged perpetrator of Dugina’s murder, to leave Russia. The court sentenced both Suchkov and Kuznetsov to the same punishment — three and a half years in a penal colony. The sentence has not yet come into effect and can still be appealed.
