During his address to the Federal Assembly on Thursday, President Putin unveiled several new prototypes in Russia’s nuclear weapons arsenal, which he says are unparalleled around the world. The president says the new weapons were created as a response to the United States’ decision to expand its missile-defense infrastructure. According to Putin, Russia’s new weapons makes the expansion of NATO meaningless.
