It’s June and that’s supposed to be warm, happy news for those of us living north of the equator. If you’re in Moscow or St. Petersburg, however, you might never know summer was upon us. After a deadly hurricane earlier this week, Russia’s two biggest cities have been blanketed in hail, snow, and torrential downpours. Meduza collects some of the most unseasonably surprising videos and photos from the poor souls on the ground.
