As of January 15, the total value of claims from 17 Russian TV channels against Google for blocking their YouTube accounts has reached 1.81 duodecillion rubles, the newspaper RBC reported on Wednesday.

A duodecillion is represented by a one followed by 39 zeros.

In 2021, a Russian court imposed a progressive fine on Google for refusing to restore certain Russian propaganda channels on YouTube. According to the court’s ruling, Google faces a fine of 100,000 rubles (around $1,000) for each day the channels are blocked, with the amount doubling each week until the company complies with the decision.
