The Russian authorities have recorded 220 attacks, including arson, against military enlistment offices and other government facilities since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as well as 184 attacks on railway infrastructure, Russian state media reported on Monday, citing an Interior Ministry official.

The official said that 85 percent of the cases involving non-railway facilities have been solved, with 220 people identified as having been involved, including 15 minors.

Meanwhile, 141 people, including 59 teenagers, have reportedly been identified as responsible for railway attacks. “The risk group includes children from low-income families who have no moral principles and who are willing to commit any act for additional income, regardless of the risk to the public,” said the official.
