Bloomberg: Putin to visit Saudi Arabia and UAE this week

Vladimir Putin plans to visit the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia this week, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing knowledgeable sources.
As Bloomberg notes, international trips have become rare for the Russian president since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Since the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against him in March 2023, his only publicly disclosed trips abroad have been to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China, and Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine.
