Russian forces attack liberated areas of Kherson, killing one and damaging regional library
Russian forces attacked the port city of Kherson on the morning of November 12, causing serious damage to a regional library.
Kherson governor Oleksandr Prokudin said a fire broke out at the Honchar library, which was later extinguished. No one was killed or injured as a result of the attack on the library.
Prokudin posted photos and videos of the attack’s aftermath on his Telegram channel.
Russian forces also attacked Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district, killing a 64-year-old local resident in his home. His wife was hospitalized in moderately serious condition.
