Croatia to send Ukraine 14 Mi-8 helicopters

Croatia is prepared to send 14 Mi-8 transport helicopters to Ukraine, says a source for the Croatian publication Jutarnji list.

According to the newspaper, the helicopters have been withdrawn from service in the Croatian Armed Forces and are now being prepared for transport. The process is expected to take about 10 days, after which the helicopters will be sent to Poland, and from there to Ukraine.

The publication specifies that it has no official confirmation of this information, because the Croatian authorities classify all information about aiding Ukraine.
