Military Prosecutor from Vladimir region demands that Russia block the UN website

The military prosecutor who operates in the Vladimir region demanded that Russia block the UN’s main news website. News agency TASS confirmed the information with the district court where the suit was filed.

A local publication from Vladimir first called attention to the suit, adding that the military prosecutor also wants to block the home page of Turkey’s state news agency, Anadolu.

The court did not specify the basis for the military prosecutor’s suit. A hearing is scheduled for January 27.
