Kremlin denies reports from Ukraine that Russian FSB has barred reservists from leaving country

The Kremlin has denied reports from Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate that the Russian FSB banned draft-eligible Russian citizens from leaving Russian territory beginning on January 9.
“This is ordinary misinformation. An act of information sabotage, let’s put it that way,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists.
Earlier on Wednesday, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate reported that the Russian FSB has ordered border authorities to bar reservists from leaving the country.
The Ukrainian agency previously claimed that Russia plans to announce another round of mobilization on January 15, and that another 500,000 people are slated to be drafted.
