Russian Foreign Ministry summons U.S. ambassador to hand over list of new restrictions on American diplomats

Russia’s Foreign Ministry summoned U.S. Ambassador John Tefft on Friday, where the diplomat was handed a document outlining Moscow’s new restrictions on America’s diplomatic presence in Russia.

Ambassador Tefft later expressed his “deep disappointment and categorical objection” to the actions of Russia’s Foreign Ministry.
