In the Rostov region, a Ukrainian drone attack damaged the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant. Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar said there were no casualties and that the plant halted operations.

Voronezh Governor Alexander Gusev said 13 people were injured, including a child. The facades of apartment buildings and vehicles were damaged, and “drone debris” damaged several non-residential and industrial buildings, sparking fires. Astra determined from eyewitness photos and videos that the target turned out to be the Voronezhsintezkauchuk plant, a producer of thermoplastic elastomers and synthetic rubbers. In Russian-occupied Luhansk, a home-improvement hypermarket called “Stroitsentr” caught fire, Astra and Ukrainian channels reported. Local monitoring channels had earlier reported a drone attack.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said its air defenses intercepted 592 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russian regions, occupied Crimea, and the Black Sea.
