Russian forces strike Kyiv, setting warehouse on fire and injuring one

Russian forces struck Kyiv with jet-propelled drones overnight on September 16, Ukrainska Pravda reported. In Kyiv’s Sviatoshynskyi District, a warehouse caught fire after “drone debris” fell, injuring one person, local authorities said.

The warehouse’s owner has not been identified.

A passenger train traveling from Kyiv to Mykolaiv was also hit, Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) announced, adding that the crew and passengers had been evacuated in advance and no one was injured.
