Ukraine’s armed forces struck Dagestan with drones, according to Fyodor Shchukin, the region’s acting head, who said a fire broke out at the Makhachkala International Sea Trade Port after “drone fragments” fell there.

A drone also struck the Avar Musical Drama Theater, named after Gamzat Tsadasa, coming down on the roof, according to Theater Director Magomed Bisavaliev. The blast blew out windows and sparked a fire.

The fires have since been extinguished and no one was killed or injured, Shchukin said.

Ukrainian drones also struck Russia’s Voronezh region, Governor Alexander Gusev said, with one hitting a private home in Borisoglebsk. The strike killed a woman and injured two other people.

Russia’s Defense Ministry announced that air defenses shot down 448 Ukrainian drones overnight across various regions.
