Russian forces struck Pavlohrad, a city in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, on the afternoon of September 10, Dnipropetrovsk regional head Oleksandr Hanzha said.

The strike sparked fires at a store and retail pavilions, killing four people and injuring more than 60, authorities said.

Pavlohrad lies roughly 70–80 kilometers (43–50 miles) from the front line. Over the past month, the city has come under attack at least three times — on August 6, 13, and 28 — killing two people in total.
