Russian drone strikes SBU headquarters in Kyiv, Zelensky says

A Russian drone struck the Kyiv headquarters of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU), Volodymyr Zelensky said.

Zelensky said the drone was aimed “directly at the office” of acting SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad, causing injuries, though he did not specify how many.

Poklad wasn’t in his office at the time of the strike, the Ukrainian news outlet Ukrainska Pravda reported. Zelensky said he had already spoken with the SBU chief after the attack.

Russia has not commented on the attack on the SBU headquarters.
