Russia’s Defense Ministry said it test-launched a solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome.

The training warheads reached their target at the Kura test range on the Kamchatka Peninsula. The ministry said the launch was intended to confirm the missile system’s tactical and technical specifications and flight performance.
