Ukrainian missile strike kills six people in Russia’s Belgorod region

A Ukrainian missile strike killed six people in the village of Koloskovo, in Belgorod region’s Valuysky district, Alexander Shuvaev, the region’s acting governor, said on the morning of August 17.

Shuvaev said four people were injured, including a 14-year-old. Two were treated at the scene, while the other two were hospitalized.

The Telegram channel “Pepel Belgorod” reported that the strike had occurred more than 10 hours earlier, on the evening of August 16.
