A serviceman opened fire in Sevastopol, leaving people dead and wounded, according to Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Russian-installed governor of the occupied city.

According to Razvozhayev, the serviceman first opened fire on his fellow servicemen, killing one and wounding another. He then wounded three more people and killed three civilians: two men — ages 59 and 71 — and a 64-year-old woman.

Razvozhayev said the serviceman has been detained and that those injured are receiving medical care.

He did not provide further details, including what caused the incident.
