Fuel facility hit, 3-year-old child killed in Ukrainian drone attacks on two Russian regions, local officials say
Ukrainian drones struck a fuel and energy facility in the Novospassky district of the Ulyanovsk region, Governor Alexey Russkikh said.
A fire broke out at the site, though the governor gave no further details. The Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ claimed drones had struck the NS-Oil liquefied gas depot in the village of Novospasskoye.

Drones struck civilian targets throughout the night in the Voronezh region, Governor Alexander Gusev said, adding that there were casualties and “serious aftermath.”
Gusev later said 36 drones were shot down over Voronezh and the surrounding region. One drone came down in a Voronezh suburb, sparking a fire in a private home that killed a 3-year-old boy and injured his parents. A 19-year-old man in the same municipality sustained minor injuries.
The governor said the drone attack damaged the roof of one marketplace warehouse and the facade of another, though he did not specify which marketplace was involved. Local residents had earlier reported an attack on a Wildberries logistics center.
Sergey Aksyonov, the Russian-installed head of occupied Crimea, said a Ukrainian military attack killed one civilian and injured four others, including two children.
