A Ukrainian drone struck a passenger bus in the city of Shebekino in the Belgorod region, killing five civilians, according to Alexander Shuvaev, the region’s acting governor.

The dead were four women and a boy, he said. Twenty-three others were wounded, including a 17-year-old, and all were taken to Shebekino District Hospital — three of them in critical condition.
