Russian forces hit Odesa and the surrounding region with missiles and drones on the evening of May 25, Oleh Kiper, the head of the military administration, said.

One local resident died from injuries sustained in the attack after medics were unable to save him. Three others were wounded.

The strike damaged the glazing and facade of an infrastructure facility and nearby buildings, Kiper said.
