Russia strikes Dnipro with missiles, injuring 18

Russian forces struck Dnipro with missiles overnight on May 18, damaging apartment buildings, private homes, a religious institution, a university, and an industrial facility, said Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the regional military administration.

Eighteen people were injured, including a 2-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy, Hanzha said in his Telegram channel. Eight were hospitalized and are in fair condition.

Also overnight on May 18, Russian forces attacked Odesa with strike drones, damaging residential buildings, a lyceum, and a kindergarten, said Serhiy Lysak, the head of the city administration. Two people were injured, including an 11-year-old boy.
