A Russian drone struck a nine-story apartment building in the Odesa region on April 15, killing one person and wounding six others, Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa regional military administration, said.

Three of the injured were hospitalized in fair condition.

The strike damaged three apartments on the fifth through seventh floors and started a fire, which was later extinguished.
