Russia’s Digital Development Ministry has added apps used to continuously monitor blood glucose levels to its list of services that remain accessible when mobile internet is restricted, the Russian news agency Interfax reported.

“These are services that allow smartphones to receive blood sugar data from personal medical devices,” the ministry said. A total of 22 apps have been added to the list.

The ministry said the listed services process data exclusively on Russian territory.
