Associates of the late Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny have canceled a memorial concert in Berlin, scheduled for Saturday, June 28. Organizers said the cancellation was due to circumstances beyond their control, but they offered no further details. Ticket purchasers will receive automatic refunds, and compensation will also be available to out-of-town attendees who made non-refundable hotel and transportation bookings.

The concert, titled “Hello, This is Navalny,” was to have featured performances by singer Grechka and the band Aigel, among others, a screening of Daniel Roher’s Oscar-winning documentary Navalny, and the presentation of the Alexey Navalny Prize.

In June 2024, Navalny’s associates held a memorial concert in Berlin in his honor with performances by Noize MC, Kasta, Aigel, and Pornofilmy.

Separately, on June 16, 2025, several members of Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation reported that the online bank Revolut had frozen their accounts. Ruslan Shaveddinov, who hosts a show on the group’s affiliated YouTube channel, wrote on X that Revolut attributed the account block to “a request from law enforcement/court decisions of certain states,” apparently referring to Russian criminal charges related to his work with the opposition group.
