Russia carried out a missile attack on Ukraine’s Odesa region overnight on October 7, reports Odesa governor Oleh Kiper.
Ukraine’s Operational Command South reported that Russia employed Onyx anti-ship hypersonic missiles launched from annexed Crimea.
According to Kiper, the missiles hit a guest house and a grain depot located near the port in Ukraine’s Odesa region. Several apartments sustained damage. Falling missile fragments and the shock wave caused a fire in a garage cooperative. According to preliminary information, four people were injured.
Ukrainian media wrote that the city of Chornomorsk, where a large port is located, was hit during the attack.
