Russian intelligence chief Sergey Naryshkin said that the CIA and Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) continue to have “rare, but regular” contact.
“Generally, professional dialogue is useful, including for decreasing international tensions and reducing misunderstandings between countries,” Naryshkin said in an interview with the National Defense journal, which was quoted by Interfax.
