According to Roskomsvoboda, which monitors blockages on the Russian internet, Russian authorities have added seven domains in support of Yevgeny Prigozhin, founder of the Wagner Group military cartel, to the register of blocked sites.

The first sites with the domain names p2024.site, pp2024.site, p2024.tech, pp2024.tech and pp2024.online were blocked on June 28, while two more sites p2024.info and p2024.biz were blocked on July 2. The decision to block them was made by an “unidentified authority.”

All of the sites show the same page, which looks like electioneering, and is titled “Yevgeny Prigozhin 2024.” The page claims that Prigozhin is “a man who will not sell out Russia for European castles and American bank accounts.” They also contain the appeal: “To save Russia, be prepared to support Prigozhin. The new leader of the new Russia.”

As of now, no relation between these sites and Prigozhin has been found.
