Three children were among those killed in a Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Monday.
Their bodies were discovered the next morning beneath the rubble of an apartment building destroyed in the attack, according to Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhiy Lysak. The youngest victim was less than a year old.
As of Tuesday morning, the confirmed death toll stood at four. All of the victims belonged to one family: a mother, her two sons, aged 10 and two, and a two-month-old daughter, Ukrainska Pravda reported.
The strike also left eight others injured, including a 10-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy.
