A Telegram channel belonging to Russian media personality Ksenia Sobchak published a photo on Monday that appears to show General Sergey Surovikin, the ex-commander of Russia’s invasion forces in Ukraine who disappeared from the public eye after Wagner Group’s armed rebellion in June.
Sobchak wrote that Surovikin is “alive, healthy, and home, and with his family in Moscow.”
