Russian shelling in Zaporizhzhia kills an 11-year-old girl and her father

Overnight on April 9, Russian troops shelled the city of Zaporizhzhia. According to regional emergency services, the attack partially damaged a private home and started a fire.

Two people, an 11-year-old girl and her 50-year-old father, were killed. Rescue workers pulled a 46-year-old woman, who survived, from the rubble left by the shelling

The attack damaged several other nearby homes, but did not injure their residents.
