Part of a residential building collapsed in the Tula region, killing five people

Part of a five-story residential building in Efremov, in the Tula region, collapsed, killing five people, according to local emergency services. They say the accident was caused by “malfunctioning gas equipment.”

The Ministry of Emergency Situations says that five people were rescued and two remain trapped under the building’s rubble. The Telegram channel 112 claims that up to ten residents may remain trapped.
