Alexey Navalny’s associates announced that they would relaunch the politician’s organization of regional offices.

Leonid Volkov and Ivan Zhdanov urged everyone to join the network. According to them, you can join by filling out an online form. The politicians promised to recruit coordinators separately.

Volkov and Zhdanov explained the resumption of their work by the fact that people who until recently remained “outside politics” “are beginning to realize the truth or at least ask questions. “The sleeping majority has woken up, Putin himself woke it,” Zhdanov noted.

Navalny’s associates promised that all members of the organization would remain anonymous.

“Our new network of headquarters is more like some kind of guerrilla underground, and we are going to pay a lot of attention to security. No one will know that you are a member unless you want them to. There will be no single list of coordinators and participants,” Zhdanov promised.

The Russian authorities declared Navalny’s offices, as well as his other organizations, “extremist organizations” in the summer of 2021. By court order, their activities were banned. Criminal charges were filed against Navalny’s key associates, and many have left Russia.
