Remember the Russian attack helicopter that accidentally attacked spectators on the ground during the Zapad-2017 military exercises? According to the news agency RBC, the same model aircraft also fired accidentally on a warehouse, according to Defense Ministry sources.

Reporters say three bystanders were injured in the first friendly-fire incident, though government spokespeople deny any injuries.

After the helicopter landed, it reportedly fired off another 30-millimeter round by accident, damaging a storage room. A source told RBC that a technician apparently forgot a step during his review of the aircraft’s instruments.
