Wages owed to fish-processing plant workers on Shikotan Island to be paid up after live appeal to Putin
Deputy Chairman for the Sakhalin regional government, Igor Bystrov, who oversees the fishing industry in the region, says a government order was issued this morning for all wages owed to the fish-processing plant workers on Shikotan Island to be paid in full. The order was issued by Governor Oleg Kozhemyako himself, says Bystrov.
