According to a deputy from President Petro Poroshenko's bloc, the drone was there to “monitor” the work of lawmakers. Maxim Burak, a deputy from a rival bloc, argued that the drone was launched solely to interrupt the Rada's vote. Andriy Parubiy, the Rada's chairman, agreed with Burak.
