Russian police are investigating a Calvin Klein ad for ‘gay propaganda’ and ‘pedophilia’

Police in Arkhangelsk have received a complaint that a new advertisement by Calvin Klein violates Russia's laws against “homosexual propaganda” and pedophilia. The person who wrote the complaint says he saw the commercial on YouTube.

The ad, titled “HOW2 Reconnect,” was released on March 4 and currently has slightly more than 3,000 views.

Police say the video will be sent for expert analysis to determine whether it contains illegal content matter. A ruling is expected in 2-3 weeks.
