Worker is harassed by company security after his chat with Putin on live TV

Source: LifeNews

After speaking on the live Direct Line 2016 with Putin yesterday about unpaid wages, Dmitry Dudkin, a worker at a factory in Chelyabinsk (just east of the Ural mountains), has been questioned by company security and local investigators.

“Yes, after the appeal to the president, I was summoned by our security. They asked me a series of questions, ‘Why did I do that?’ and ‘What isn't working out for me?’ said Dudkin to reporters from LifeNews.

After that, Dudkin said a company security guard followed him around everywhere in the factory. Later, Dudkin was told he had to be “driven in for questioning.” He was then taken to see local police investigators “to clarify the situation over the unpaid wages,” reports news agency TASS.

After yesterday's conversation with Putin, the factory's general director, Valery Filatov, told a local newspaper that Dudkin had received his wages for February and would get his March wages before April 25.

On the contrary, Dudkin says he received only a fraction of his wages just two weeks ago.

In his live broadcast, Putin said the problems at the factory were related to Russia's auto industry and he promised to deal with the situation.
