How do Navalny's enemies try to discredit him? They say he's promising to abandon Crimea and allow gay pride parades

Hoaxsters in Khabarovsk have been spreading phony leaflets and promotional materials supposedly released by Alexey Navalny’s presidential campaign.

The fake posters claim that Navalny’s platform includes promises to withdraw Russian troops from Crimea and Syria, defund government aid programs and boost privatization, abandon pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine in favor of the United States, and replace Victory Day celebrations with gay pride parades.

“Not our slogans, not our font, not our colors, and not our format. Vandals have posted fake Navalny 2018 flyers throughout the city.”

Navalny is currently traveling throughout Russia, staging mass campaign rallies in regional cities, in an effort to win a place on next year’s ballot, despite seemingly insurmountable legal obstacles.
